I also acknowledge the unseen forces that may have influenced this cycle: blocked energies, unresolved karmas, energetic conflicts with people or places. I release all of them. I ask forgiveness if I unintentionally caused harm. And I forgive myself for not knowing better.

I give deep thanks for the blessings I received:
For those who helped, believed in me, sustained me.
